Sales Representative – South East Region

Weatherglaze Windows are currently seeking an enthusiastic individual for a Sales

Representative to cover the south east region.

Salary Package:

Total package of €35k to €40k comprising of basic and commission and based on achieving targets

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively source new customers in the southeast region ensuring that their needs are

met in line with company requirements.

• Achieve monthly sales targets in your area.

• Service existing accounts.

  Good PC Skills to include submitting orders

• Submitting sales orders through our online pricing system

• Regular reporting to Sales Director with activity reports such as daily call reports, weekly

work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.

• Recommend changes in products and service where improvements are identified.

• Actively target sales leads

• Maintain contact with customers and respond to messages or queries in a prompt and

polite manner

• Achieve and maintain a good knowledge of the products that you are selling

• Ensure company equipment is maintained to a high standard

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 1 Years Field Sales Experience selling in B2C Envoirnment

  Must have own transport and full licence.

• Energetic self-starter, team-oriented, with strong interpersonal skills

• Strong organisational, presentation, and communication skills – both verbal and written

• Excellent Communication and sales skills with attention to detail and accuracy

• A desire to always be winning and exceeding targets

• A pro-active sales representative rather than someone who waits for the phone to ring to

be re-active
