We are a marketing company with Irish and International clients. The role is suitable for a person who can close inbound sales enquiry’s and ensure other sales reps based on the ground in each country are closing their leads.
A person who can ensure we are using the best marketing tools to ensure we get plenty of inbound business. To ensure that our clients are receiving a high close rate and that local sales staff are meeting their targets.
Following up on inbound leads. Identifying marketing needs and putting together proposals to sell to high end corporate accounts as well as closing off low value sales quickly.
The ideal client will know how to close a sale whilst at the same time being able to identify new ways to market a client’s products. Must have a willingness to work and a focus on targets, a knowledge of other languages, particularly Portuguese is a advantage as some of our clients are based in South America.

• Salary of €19 k + commission. On target earnings 35k
• Proven track record to meet deadlines /targets.
• 1 year Sales experience required
• Someone needed with full of energy and hungry.
• The role is office based.

The candidate needs to have fluent written and spoken English. We are looking for a person that will work as part of a team to develop existing online business, targeting new business for our clients.
While this is an online business, you will also need to demonstrate an ability to liaise with customers, and be good at listening to clients and customers and identify what they actually need and deliver on this. Organisational skills a must, as well as being part of a small team, you will also need to be able to work on your own initiative.

Qualifications
He/she must be capable of using modern technology. Knowledge of social media, and digital marketing would be an advantage. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, reliable and results focused and enjoy what will be sometimes a customer facing role.

Responsibilities:
– Manage and develop a portfolio of existing products and clients
– Develop creative advertising packages
– Create and drive new revenue streams from new or existing products
– Maintain and develop strong client relationships at all levels
– Weekly call cycle to existing clients and sales staff.
– Plan monthly sales cycle to top clients with key objectives
– Achieve sales and KPI targets
– Work closely and report into sales management.

Skills required:
– Excellent interpersonal communication skills, be capable of working at all levels of the client organisation and able to work both independently & part of a team
– Possess first rate presentation abilities, being able to demonstrate a creative and dynamic approach to winning & maintaining business
– Languages particular Portuguese a advantage.
– Problem solving & resolution skills
– Strong negotiation & influencing abilities
– Possess great time management skills
– Is detail orientated & articulate
– Strives to ensure a fun, competitive and motivated environment exists whilst ensuring all efforts are being made to meet and exceed company, team and personal targets
– Has knowledge of email, excel, word and powerpoint software applications
– Experience in online advertising or other forms of media advertising desirable but not essential
– Degree or Diploma candidates desirable
