Sales Manager Required for Dublin Area and surrounding areas.

Bsmart solutions is currently looking for a Sales Manager to manage the sales team in the Dublin region.

[b][red]Our Client sells Satelite Broadband and TV packages throughout Ireland.[/b][/red]

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years previous experience in area management in fast paced sales environment. They will be target driven and customer service focused. They will be approachable, professional and hungry to succeed and will be extremely results orientated.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for [b][red]managing a team of up to 10 people [/b][/red] and will be responsible for recruiting, training, development and will have a proven track record in successfully managing a team and delivering results. Previous experience in a target driven environment is a must for this role.

Responsibilities: To lead, motivate and coach the team to exceed. 
To develop and support the continuous improvement of the team. To drive sales and increase profit
To recruit new team members and liase with the Training Manager on training requirments.
To be responsible and accountable for the team’s achievement of KPIs.
