Sales Manager – Dublin
Our Client a leading supplier of Sport equipment/Accesories, has a vacancy for an experienced Sales Manager based in Dublin/Leisnter area.
The successful candidate needs to have solid experience of working to targets and an understanding of long-term relationship building.
The successful candidate will be responsible for seeking business opportunities with sports clubs and schools covering all of the 32 counties.
Responsibilities
* Good external & internal contact skills,
* Ability to work under pressure
* Influencing client decisions through effective negotiation and excellent customer focus to gain new business
* Effectively planning for future sales activities based on agreed KPIs and to meet individual target
* Engaging in client meetings, both locally and abroad
Requirments
The successful candidate will have:
* Experience within a B2B focussed sales role
* Passion for Rugby or gaelic games
* Must be client facing
* Sales focused and target driven
* Strong negotiation and influencing skills
* An ability to self-motivate and be pro-active
* Strong team-working skills
* A commitment to delivering excellent customer service
Salary 45k -70K OTE
