Job Objective:
Responsible for developing, executing and maintaining sales strategies.
Evaluate new markets, customer research, market conditions, competitors data
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Accountable for generation of revenue through sales of interventional products
Deliver all sales activities within determined budget
To develop & manage sales in existing accounts.
To grow market in new accounts.
To develop Customer Relationships across all customer groups.
Manage all aspects of orders through production to distribution
Manage entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities to end of life
Specify market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research through meetings and communications with customers and non-customers
Job Specification (Skills and Experience Required):
5 years minimum field sales experience
Experience within a medical field is desirable
Extensive experience in all aspects of developing sales strategies to meet organization objectives
Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
Strong motivation and ambition
Good commercial awareness with excellent inter-personal and communication skills.
Strong technical skills are required
