My client is looking for a candidate who has a proven track record in hitting targets, is a team leader, identifies objectives, strategies and action plans to improve sales.
Main Roles and Responsibilities will include:
Sales Management
Day to day management of sales team
Sales personnel development and coaching
Regular review of prospects, trials, enquiries and orders
Deal with customer escalations and customer visits
Monitor KPI’s
Marketing Management
Generation of regular pipeline of prospects and enquiries
Maximising channels such as: Newsletters, Website, Direct mail, Interacting directly with designers etc. for production of marketing collateral, Competitor analysis, Customer behaviour analysis
Product Development
Solicit customer feedback
Review trends and technology in web development
Make recommendations for continuous product development
Suggestions for potential new revenue streams
Interact with web developers
Company Management
Member of company management team
Contribute to weekly management meetings
Contribute to company strategy
Education
A degree in marketing or business studies is preferred.
Experience
Experience in online sales and marketing would be advantageous
Familiarity with web based subscription services would also be advantageous but not essential
Understanding of CRM systems and databases is essential
Knowledge of the construction sector and its terminology would be advantageous

Experience in developing sales and marketing strategies. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information. Ability to motivate and coach a sales team and to work on your own initiative. Be a team player.
