Sales Manager

Building on our dynamic success over recent years we are looking to add to our team and to contribute to the continued sales growth. We are currently recruiting for a Sales Manager to deliver profitable growth through pro active sales management.

You will become a critical part of a sales driven team, directly impacting on the success of our market leading company. The role involves proactive sales activities and the successful candidate will therefore need to be highly motivated, results focused and passionate! With forward thinking and creativity, you will be rewarded for your contribution to the sales success of the company.

Roles and Responsibilities Include

– Prospecting and targeting new clients
– Proactive outbound/inbound telephone communication
– Telesales
– Winning of new clients

Successful Candidates will have the following

– Good Communication Skills
– Be Self motivated, taking initiative with the ability to make quick decisions
– Have a proven track record of sales success
– Good Commercial awareness
– Although knowledge of healthcare could be beneficial, proven success in sales will make the difference.

Package

You will be rewarded with a generous package, basic salary plus discretionary OTE bonus. Stakeholder pension with contributions and 22 days annual leave entitlement rising to 25 days after 2 years service and 28 days after 5 years service.
