Introduction:
Our client is Ireland’s leading Healthcare Supplier.Over the last 35 years, they have built a reputation for bringing a wide and diverse range of products exclusively to the Irish healthcare market.
Description:
Sales Manager- Healthcare Products
Based in Dublin, the successful candidate will manage a team of 3 representatives.
To lead the sales department.
Prepare & deliver company presentations.
Complete tenders when required.
Monitor and develop individuals to maximise performance.
Identify potential growth areas with the customer, create a strategy by which new business can be acquired and execute against a plan.
Supervise sales team and hold weekly/monthly meetings when suitable.
Ensure customer service standards are maintained, monitored and supported.
Train and develop sales staff and encourage/reward them when its merited.
To perform any other duties appropriate to the position.
Skills/Experience required
3+ years sales management experience.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Excellent negotiation skills.
Strong self-motivational and team building skills
Working knowledge of Health Sector/ HSE,and the HSE tender process would be an advantage.
Salary €45/50K plus benefits
