Senior Sales Manager

On behalf of our client, a high growth global leader in Enterprise Information Management solutions we are looking to recruit 2 Senior Sales Managers for their Lead Generation teams for EMEA and North America. Based in their new offices in Cork you will manage and develop a team of Sales Executives to set appointments for the field sales teams. You will report directly to the Director of International Sales.

Offering significant USPs over their competitors, our client is undergoing a period of significant growth with impressive expansion plans over the coming months. They are a highly attractive tech company and this is an extremely exciting time to join them in the growth of their business.

This is a hand’s on role where you will carry your own target to generate qualified leads as well as managing a team of Sales Executives. There are also career development opportunities available to evolve beyond Lead Generation into full lifecycle sales. You will have the energy, commitment and the experience to drive growth through motivating your team to consistently achieve targets.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small team of internal IT Sales Executives
• You will be an articulate sales professional who is responsible for lead generation by phone and email with new and existing clients.
• Develop knowledge of the Company’s products and solutions
• Conduct research on target companies and competitors
• Secure appointments for sales team
• Collaborate with field Sales and Marketing teams on campaigns to drive new leads
• Assist in ensuring quality and accuracy of client data
• Deliver weekly reports on call activity, lead and opportunity generation to the Director of International Sales

Criteria

• At least 5 years Lead Generation experience with 2 + years in team management
• A proven track record of exceeding lead and activity targets
• Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest and obtain business requirements
• Proven time management and organisational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills via email and telephone
• Proactive, highly motivated and results-focused
• Legal or Enterprise software experience desired
• Knowledge of email Archiving, Storage, or eDiscovery highly desirable
• Ability to work independently and deliver on promises
• Resourceful and able to manage & overcome prospect objections
• Strong sense of professionalism
