SALES/ LEAD DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

POSITION OVERVIEW

RPM Sports Ltd (www.powerballs.com) is recruiting a Sales/Lead Development Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for prospecting for new business leads across the world and utilising an existing database of potential customers to promote two World Class fitness brands. They will also have the opportunity to convert inbound inquiries into sales. Candidate should note that they will primarily be responsible for prospecting for new leads.

DUTIES

• Respond to potential opportunities from website leads.

• Prospect for new business worldwide, including retail & wholesale customers.

• Contacting previous sales leads and cold calling potential new customers.

• Commit to delivering sales & achieving set targets.

• Building relationships to continually develop sales & achieve long term custom.

• Manage opportunities through web & telephone interactions.

• Possibility of attending meetings with buyers including pitching new products.

REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent communication skills – written, verbal & face-to-face.

• Professional & organised individual with ability to work on their own initiative.

• Self-Motivated and an ability to constantly achieve targets.

• Deliver excellent customer service and deal with issues promptly & efficiently.

• Ability to close a sale.

• Understanding of Retail organisational structures a benefit.

• Foreign Languages also a benefit but not essential.
