Our is a world leading online food ordering platform operating in 12 international
markets around the world. The service shows consumers local restaurants and delivery
services that deliver food (Pizza, Pasta, Sushi, Chinese and much more) and allows for
easy and convenient order placement online or via various mobile Apps (iPhone, Android).
The company is headquartered in Berlin, Germany.
One year Contract to start.
Responsibilities
After extensive trainings you are able to acquire new customers in a professional way and provide a
comprehensive service to our existing customers over the phone
• You are the point of contact for your customers and answering emails and basic support enquiries
• You build, grow and maintain independently a network of cooperations and customer relationships
• You work in close cooperation with the marketing department to develop our products and campaigns
• Responsible for the achievement of quantitative and qualitative goals
• Professional representation of the company
Your skills
• You already have some working experiences in Slaes or tele sales or the service industry . You must have excellent communication skills and ability to convince with your personality and your service.
• You must have strong negotiation skills.
• You must be self motivated wiht an efficient and independent working attitude
• You are a teamplayer, reliable and eager to learn
• Fluent in English or Polish
• Skills in Indian, Turkish, Chinese and Afghan Languages are a plus
