Sales Executive – Lettertec Ireland Design & Print

Lettertec Ireland, is one of Ireland’s leading Design and Print and Book Binding providers.

Lettertec’s service offering is targeted at three main sectors:
• Professional Sector (Accountancy, Legal & Financial Services)
• Pharmaceutical & Medical Device Sector
•Education Sector, with a particular emphasis towards Post Primary Education

Operating from a custom designed facility on the outskirts of Cork City in Carrigtwohill, Lettertec employs approximately 15 people on a full time basis, growing to over 25 during peak periods.

The majority of our client work is prepared in-house. We have a unique web to print service offering to our customers which allows them to place their print orders online, alter artworks if necessary and create print ready PDF’s, thereby eliminating design costs.

We come highly regarded by our customers and we boast high customer retention rates. The volume of business generated by word of mouth referrals is a testament to focus on customer service and our attention to detail.

To capitalise on our quite obvious competitive advantages we wish to recruit a Sales Executive to manage a segment of our existing customer base and to develop new customer relationships.

The Role

Key aspects of the role will include the following requirements:
• Develop new business through sales of our full range of services
• Consolidate our existing base of customers and cross selling our service offerings
• To target, open and develop key nominated accounts
• Day to day account management
• Planning and organising the territory so as to reap maximum returns
• Maintain a good working relationship with other Departments including Administration and Production
• To become expert in and maintain up-to-date knowledge of new developments in our market and what our competitors are offering
• To stay away from home overnight when necessary

The Candidate:

We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record in a business to business environment. It would be a significant advantage if a candidate presented with experience in our specific industry, however this is not a requirement.

The successful candidate must be:
• Hard working, self motivated, organised and reliable
• Used to working on his/her own initiative
• Creative and focused on developing new product opportunities
• Experienced in managing and maintaining quality customer relationships
• Capable of handling responsibility and delegating responsibility when necessary
• Capable of meeting sales targets as set

Remuneration
• Salary of €36k
• Car Allowance
• Bonus structure based on successful achievement of mutually agreed sales targets
