Reason for Role

Develop sales and achieve quarterly targets by selling enet products through our new sales channel structure.  The role will require a professional approach to a solution sales method to ensure sales of appropriate partner products through the enet sales channel using excellent product knowledge, commercial awareness and selling skills. Development of new business via focused sales campaigns for our partners including sales cycle management and sales closure to develop and grow the enet brand in Ireland.   This is a key sales position within the enet sales channel in Ireland focussed on the business sector.

Key responsibilities and deliverables

Work with the enet sales channel team to drive sales campaigns in our Fibre To The Business (FTTB) & MAN channels.

Achieve business targets on a quarterly or specific sales campaign basis. 
Project a professional and customer focused impression of enet to our business partners and the business community. 
Identify and maximise on opportunities to cross sell additional products and services to existing enet business customers.
Develop and achieve new business sales to new business accounts.
Handle objections effectively and professionally. 
Become empowered to make decisions and improve standards.
Ensure that feedback is relayed to the Manager should any of the standards or procedures require change due to system or business requirements. 
Ability to develop opportunities and move them to a successful closed sale.
Pipeline development and active management of prospects.
Daily activity success against company key performance indicators.

Qualifications/Education
Computer literate, experience using systems / software applications.

Sales background with experience in developing and delivering business growth.
Knowledge of CRM / data management software is beneficial.
Proven track record in sales achievement.

Full driving license.
 
Experience

A minimum of 2 years telesales or field-sales experience (preferable in a B2B environment).
Solution selling experience an advantage.
Telco industry knowledge is beneficial but not essential.
