Sales Executive (International travel required), immediate start.

Based in Dublin, we specialize in providing innovative diagnostic solutions for manufacturing industries from early concepts through pilot phase to volume manufacture.
Due to our continued success and planned growth globally, we are seeking new talent in order to support this exciting phase of the organization’s development.
The position will be based in North Dublin with international travel of approximately one week per month. Reporting to the Instrument Division Sales Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business with new and existing customer accounts in the EU.
Responsibilities Include:
- Identify key decision makers and develop relationships leading to the growth of a pipeline of new opportunities in line with business strategy while managing the full sales cycle to closing.
- Maintaining and entering activity information and pipeline into the company CRM system.
- Responsible for ensuring consistent, effective and timely communication between the company and its customers, effectively communicating the specifications of the Company’s product/service.
- Ensure that Development Programs achieve their financial targets during the relevant phases.
- Responsible for ensuring the timely submission of sales reports to Division Manager.
- A hands on Sales person will attend international events and visit our global customer sites.
Requirements
- Business/Engineering Degree or equivalent relevant experience preferred.
- Demonstrated career success to date with experience in a sales environment, working across the sales cycle from start to finish.
- Excellent communication and people management skills to interact with cross-functional teams, business partners and customers.
- Willingness to travel when required.
- Strong drive to beat targets, positive attitude and a great work ethic.
Remuneration
Compensation depends on prior experience, and performance based incentives.
