Job outline:
This is a fixed term 6 months contract. As Sales Executive you are required to support the Sales Account Managers and you will also have responsibility for customer service duties.
The Sales Account Managers have a portfolio of existing Pharmacy Accounts and promote the full PCO product range through telephone, email and marketing channels to ensure sales targets are achieved.
There are also some business developed duties attached to this role and the Account Managers work closely with the Field Based Sales Team, ensuring that customers are kept informed of product, pricing and promotional data.
Duties and responsibilities:

Process telephone, fax and electronic orders

Deal with customer queries and orders

Ad hoc duties as required.

Take inbound sales calls, enter orders, respond to queries and resolve customer issues where required.

Maintain the strong relationship between PCO and our customers.

Gain as much feedback as possible from customers regarding competitor pricing and offers, understand why customers do not order and feedback this information to the Sales Manager.

Maintain CRM database with latest call data and customer feedback.

Support the Field Sales Representatives who visit our customers highlighting underperforming / dormant accounts where a Rep call could make a difference.
Skills and experience required:
The successful candidate should be friendly and outgoing, contributing to the PCO reputation of providing excellence in customer care and sales support. While the role demands initiative excellent follow through and relationship building with the customer is key. You will work with a busy team to reach the department sales targets and address all customer queries.

Good working knowledge of MS Office and SAGE or other stock management systems

Excellent telephone manner and have the ability to proactively address any customer queries
