Sales Executive

IC Realtime Limited is an Irish company and represents the European Division of the international IC Realtime Group of companies concerned with the design, manufacture and distribution of Digital Video Recorders (DVR’s), interrogative Mobile Phone and PDA software applications, Internet Protocol (IP) and Analogue cameras and a complete range of ancillary equipment and services.
We now have a requirement for a Sales Executive in the Dublin area.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
• Achieve assigned targets
• Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients
• Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made
• New business development
• Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge
• Develop and implement special sales activities to reduce stock
• Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships
• Account Management
• Identify and resolve client concerns
• Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
• Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff
Essential Operational Experience:
• Previous participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events.
• Previous Sales experience essential
• Customer relations experience
• Experience dealing with Vendors
• Previous success in delivering on KPI’s
Personal Characteristics and Experience Profile Required:
• Excellent technical proficiency
• Ability to persuade and influence others. Ability to develop and deliver presentations
• Ability to create, compose, and edit written materials
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques.
• Bachelor's Degree and three to five years of sales or marketing experience
• Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public
• Excellent Negotiation Skills
