JOB TITLE: Sales Development Manager

REPORTS TO: Director of Sales & Maketing

POSITION SUMMARY:
Parc Aviation which is part of the Oxford Aviation Academy group, provide aviation personnel and services to airlines and aviation support organisations around the world. Currently we provide more than 1,200 personnel to 70 clients in 40 different countries. Parc Aviation continues to grow and expand their service offering to clients. In order to capitalise further on the expansion of our services we are looking to appoint a Sales Development Manager.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing the responsibilities will include:-
– Develop a pipeline of Sales to ensure new business targets and growth
strategies are met;
– Pro-actively develop and maintain effective relationships with new and existing
clients;
– Preparing and presenting proposals to clients;
– Liaising and working with other Oxford Aviation Academy divisions on any
potential business opportunities;
– Negotiating contract agreements to a successful conclusion.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
-Ideally holding a third level qualification, preferably within the Aviation, Business,
International Marketing Discipline or similar fields;
– Minimum of 5 years Sales Experience preferably within the Aviation Industry;
– Proven track record in targeting clients and developing new business;
– Computer literate and have knowledge of Customer Relationship Management
systems;
– Capability to travel on a regular basis and on occasion at short notice.
