Sales Contract Fulltime – Dublin 12

€23,000 to €25000+ based upon experience

Work Location: Dublin 12

Working closely with the Account Manager the successful candidate will be selling value-added services to small businesses. The services include, special training and assistance with various compliance issues as well as medical waste collection. Full training and product knowledge provided.

Activities:

1. Make outbound sales calls to existing and prospective customers to sell our services.

2. Acquire new customers and convert existing customers through prospecting in assigned territory, outbound marketing/lead campaigns and referrals. Build a pipeline of potential for future business.

3. Utilises effective sales skills to attain a minimum 100% of assigned revenue and quota goals.

4. Receive inbound sales calls from existing and prospective customers who are interested in our products and services and convert into new sales.

5. Effectively meet assigned performance factors (key expectations) within assigned parameters including number of outbound calls, sales cycle/pipeline management, program level mix and close ratio. Track details of lost opportunities to improve close ratios.

6. Perform other related duties as required or requested.

Competencies:

• Ability to demonstrate good knowledge of business processes

• Telesales experience, at least two years, B2B experience, demonstrating the ability to manage and develop existing and prospective accounts.

• Proven track record in a similar role where targets are met or exceeded

• Excellent Customer service/interpersonal and presentation skills

• PC literacy

• Excellent fluent and written English

• Strong organisational skills and ability to work to tight deadlines

• Logical concise thinker

• Team player in a busy environment

• Must be target driven and have the willingness to succeed

• Highly motivated, possessing a positive “can do” attitude

• Professional, friendly, focused and enthusiastic individual who has a passion to succeed in sales

Salary negotiable according to experience.
