Sales Consultant – Excellent Commission Structure (75k 0TE) – Midlands

Sales Executive required – Midlands region

SWP Ltd is an importation and distribution company specializing in the supply of Engineering supplies, welding equipment and power tools and accessories. Due to its current success is looking to expand its client base and now require a sales executive to call on both existing and new clients within the Midlands region.

The Role:
1. Working on your own initiative, the role involves calling to both resellers and end clients on a daily basis – approximately 15- 20 calls per day.
2. You will have weekly, monthly and quarterly unit and revenue targets to meet
3. Working with our office team to update all client info as it happens
4. As well as obtaining new business work with your existing clients to up sell other products and services.
5. Leads will be provided of existing clients in your area, the main aim is to build your client base and have regular contact with them to encourage recurring sales.
6. Work as part of a team and attend regular sales meetings and conference calls as required.

We are looking for self motivated individuals with a passion for sales. Previous experience selling welding supplies or power tools and accessories is a distinct advantage. If you have already a client base (engineering companies, garages distributers etc) from your previous career that would be using this type of equipment on a monthly basis this would also be a distinct advantage for the successful candidate. We have had great feedback to our current product portfolio and our current clients are renewing business on a monthly basis. We need now to grow this success both to the local and national market.

Territory:
We are looking for a sales executive for the Midlands region

Full training is provided on the product suite.
Renumeration is based on commissioned sales. You will retain between 15-20% (based on performance) of all sales made to your client base should they order directly through you or order through the website in their own time. Current Sales consultants are achieving between 20k-30k revenue per month on average. Own transport is required. This is a self employed role.
