Sales Consultant – Dublin Area

Responsible for the sale of educational equipment and furniture.

The successful candidate will be required to:

• Achieve sales and territory objectives

• Support and assist customers with room planning to create ideal learning environments

• Liaising with head office based in Carlow, working closely with management

• Uncover customer needs – in crèches, pre-schools, schools, special needs, hospitals and many more

• Drive sales

• Attain a high level of expertise in all relevant product areas

• Providing the highest levels of customer service to existing and new customers

• Attending industry related conferences and trade shows

• Other ad-hoc duties as required

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experienced sales person with at least 3 years experience of selling, full training on all products will be given

• Educational sector selling may be an advantage. The ideal candidate will have an existing contact base in the greater Dublin area

• A proven track record of building relationships and growing sales in a highly competitive environment.

• Primary degree in either a business or education field.

• Excellent Communication Skills

• Drive and Ambition – a self-motivated person with ability to meet and exceed targets

• Confident & Out-Going Personality essential

• Team Player and able to work on own initiative

• Highly customer service focused, willing to go the extra mile

• Organised and able to manage own workload

• Ability to meet deadlines

• Clean Driving License essential

Commission based role, OTE 24k – 45k (no cap)
