Sales Co – Ordinator
An exciting opportunity has arisen within a South East based company going through a continuous period of growth. The company, operating in the FMCG arena, currently have a requirement for a Sales Coordinator to join their Commercial team. Reporting directly to the Commercial Manager, the role would suit a recent graduate from a Business/Marketing/related discipline. The role is office based but will involve some expensed travel in the carrying out of your duties. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading company, operating in a dynamic sector, with great prospects for advancement.
Key Responsibilities
* Assisting colleagues within the sales department on relevant administration duties.
* Management and maintenance of reports through the Commercial Cockpit, critical to the effective running of the department
* Cost recording
* Market Data gathering to include direct field based observations
* Working closely with Customer Base, Suppliers and Account Managers, through the design, sign off and launch process for fast moving consumer goods
* Upkeep of the supplier packaging interface (material specifications, cutter guides, etc)
* Assisting in the creation of marketing/sales materials.
* Working with the production team to ensure smooth and timely roll out of products.
* Working closely with the new product development team.
* Working on exciting new projects.
