Our Client now recruiting for a Sales and Marketing Manager for a leading Newspaper group Job Summary • Responsible for the sales and Growth of existing customer spend and new business. • Responsible for the management of People and Processes in a consistent, structured and professional manner. • To grow the total revenue of the business on an ongoing basis. Key Areas of Responsibility
* Management of Sales and Marketing teams.
* Setting of daily and weekly sales and activity targets
* Planning of sales and marketing activities.
* Monitoring of activity.
* 1-2-1 coaching and training of individual sales reps.
* Performance management.Reporting of KPIs/KRAs.

Requirments •Sales Management experience – Executes company processes & policies.linking account strategy, actions, and processes in order to positively contribute to overall account results.

•Strong ppt and Word.
•Database Management.
•Strong People Manager.
•Excellent personal presentation.
•Strategic outlook and attention to detail.
