Our Client a leading 4* hotel is now recruiting for a Sales and Marketing Manager to increase revenue and maximise yield for rooms, conference and banqueting and food and beverage
Job Objective:
The development and performance of all sales activities in assigned market. Responsible for directing the hotel sales personnel thereby providing leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values. Establish plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area.
Requirements
* 2-3 years Previous experience as a Sales and Marketing Manager in a 3 -4 * property which is well recognized for excellence, innovation and high standards
* Someone who is driven and sales focused
* Someone who is passionate about his job.
* Excellent organizational and presentation skills
* Highly motivated and highly motivating
* Excellent personality and high standards of customer care and process management
Must be a car owner with a full clean drivers licence .
