Retail Store Manager
Retail Operations:
* Manage the day-to-day operations of your store and the management, motivation and development of the store team
* Manages a team of between 2-10 staff on a daily basis to deliver smooth running of the operation
* Excels in customer service and is able to generate enthusiasm for delivering excellence in customer service.
* Consciously act as an ambassador for the brand.
* Actively seeks change and improvements in delivery of excellent customer service
* Will be a strong decision maker and communicator in a fast paced environment.
* Ensures all cash and stock handling operations are carried out accurately.
* Ensures that the shop floor presentation is merchandised to a high visual standard, and takes action where needed using commercial tools and experience.
* Excellent communication with all stakeholders in the business.
* Operates with energy and passion that is contagious & inspirational

Qualifications:
* At least 2 years experience managing teams within a busy, high volume retail environment
* People management experience is essential
* Proficiency in computer skills, Outlook, excel etc.
