Regional Sales Managers – Cork & Limerick

We are looking for energetic and experienced Regional Sales Managers to work with the PrePayPower D2D Sales Teams in Cork & Limerick.

Salary

€30k basic (€50k OTE) Uncapped Commission

 The Role

We are looking for 2 experienced Regional Sales Managers to work with the PrePayPower D2D teams in both Dublin and Limerick. This role requires dynamic self-starters with excellent sales management experience.

 Key Responsibilities

·     Mentoring new hires

·     Responsible for driving teams' sales

·     Executing sales campaigns, implemented by the Field Sales Manager

·     Working closely with the Field Sales Manager on all future planning

·     Point of contact for team referrals

·     Run coaching workshops with agents who are struggling with performance

·     Report team performance to Sales Manager on a daily/weekly basis

·     Work with Sales Support & Revenue Assurance to ensure processes are being adhered to within team

·     Report areas of non-adherence to Sales Manager

·     Collate competitor information on behalf of team and suggest actions

·     Accompaniments with agents on Weekly/Monthly basis

·     Attend weekly management meetings on team's performance

·     Any adhoc duties deemed necessary

Essential Skills & Experience

·     Proven ability to work to strict targets to help achieve the team objectives

·     Proven ability to motivate a team of field representatives

·     2+ years Sales & Management experience

·     Excellent administration experience essential

·     Own transport required

·     Considerable attention to detail required

·     Proven ability to work in a self-directed and organised manner

·     Excellent numerical skills an advantage

·     Account Management desirable but not essential

·     Experience of working with a Customer Relationship Management system beneficial

·     Utilities or electricity specific background advantageous
