[b][red][i]The Position[/b][/red][/i]
As a result of an internal promotion, the company wishes to recruit a flexible, enthusiastic self starter, based centrally in the area of operation, with strong communication and interpersonal skills coupled with relevant work experience to
manage, direct and motivate our experienced Sales Team in the southern half of the Republic of Ireland.
Reporting to the Head of Sales & Marketing, the successful candidate will be a dynamic leader, thrive on meeting sales targets and inspire others to do the same. An ability to see the bigger picture will also come into play, handling aspects of National, Group and Key Accounts in each market sector and
implementing policies and procedures in line with company objectives. Using relevant new business development experience and technical expertise, the Regional Sales Manager – South, will also work closely with the existing
Technical Services and Sales Team to develop and deliver Energy Solutions to support our customers.
[b][red][i]The Qualifications[/b][/red][/i]
The successful candidate should have a degree and/or professional qualification possessing a combination of technical know-how and IT skills. A strong track record of Field Sales Management in a related industry, together with
proven business negotiation and sales development skills is essential to ensure the company’s continued growth in the LP Gas market.
The successful candidate should have relevant National Account Management experience and the capability to engage with a broad base of existing customers, encompassing both the Retail and B2B market sectors with varied and diverse
customer applications and to work as part of a committed Team. The successful candidate will need to show a strong capacity for new business development, networking and forming strategic alliances with key industry players.
