We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Field Sales Manager to help set-up and run a new regional office based in Cork.
[b]The Role[/b]
• Minimum of 2 years in a Field Sales Manager role
• Reporting to the company Directors, you will be responsible for the recruitment and management of 20+ sales representatives throughout the Munster region
• Strong management, analytical and planning skills: looking after all administrative duties and reporting into head office in Dublin
• Experienced in all aspects of the recruitment process: writing and placing of job ads, interviewing, hiring and providing on-going training to staff
• Exceptional interpersonal skills: ability to manage and motivate the sales team to get the most out of them
• Running a profitable business: ensuring staff and office KPI’s are consistently achieved
• Managing client / customer relationships

• Proven experience in managing residential and business-to-business field sales teams
• Excellent motivational skills
• Ideal candidate will have office and field based management experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Must possess the following attributes: excellent attention to detail, proactive, use of initiative, can do – will do attitude and above all a positive outlook on work and life

• €30k basic salary rising to €35k after 3 month probationary period
• Uncapped commission on every sale made in the region [b](OTE €80k per annum)[/b]
