Responsibilities:
1) Maintaining a database of various job seekers and of current job openings.
2) Finding suitable candidates for job vacancies and current openings for job seekers.
3) Scheduling meetings between organisations and potential candidates.
4) Conducting interviews with candidates.
5) Attending job and college career fairs to find potential clients and candidates.
6) Working closely with recruiting companies to help them identify their needs and giving them a realistic picture of the current job market.
7) Composing and placing advertisements on websites.
8) Training candidates on general and specific interview skills.
Knowledge and Skills:
1) The ability to quickly analyse what type of position a candidate will be suitable for, given his/her skills and experience.
2) Good interpersonal skills to continuously deal with a variety of people.
3) Superior computer skills are essential.
Educational Qualifications and Experience:
1) Third level degree in Human Resources or a related subject.
2) 2 years experience in HR or Sales role.
