Project Manager – Telemarketing/ Call Centre Project Manager – Carlow

Carlow-based Telemarketing agency Maven TM is looking for an Inside Sales Project Manager to join its team. This role provides an excellent opportunity for successful candidates to work with one of the South East's fastest growing, innovative and inspiring companies. The role involves outbound sales calling activities and campaigns project management to assist with sales and lead generation campaigns on behalf of some of Ireland, and the world's, leading technology companies.

Responsibilities include:
– Provide strong leadership, project planning and management to multiple projects, successfully driving team execution and ensuring expected results
– Have firm understanding of required resources’ availability and capacity, and manage workloads effectively to set appropriate timelines and targets for projects. Identify the need for additional resources as appropriate
– Define project success metrics and develop ongoing tracking, measurement, and reporting
– Collaborate effectively with the team to hit specific project timelines and deliverables
– Proactively identify project roadblocks / issues and propose solutions
– Identify and drive management and reporting of Key Performance Indicators for every project

The role requires:
– Previous Project Management experience in a Contact Centre environment
– 5+ years calling experience (preferably in IT related telesales or telemarketing)
– Strong quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills
– Proactive and self-motivated work style with proven ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities in a fast paced environment
– Excellent time management skills and ability to work towards targets
– Proven ability to collaborate broadly with flexible, positive attitude and ability to get results; team player
– Good understanding of QA procedures/creating procedures

The ideal candidate will have:
– Fluent English
– Good database skills
– Excellent report writing skills and attention to details
– an understanding of and capability to construct sales conversations
– an understanding and capability of how to qualify sales opportunities
– ability to understand key business drivers in sales process
– CRM familiarity
