[b][red]POSITION : [/b][/red]Product Manager (Sales) – International Travel

[b][red]BACKGROUND:[/b][/red] Aurora Scientific, a Canadian company, produces a range of very specialized hardware and software used by muscle physiology researchers in academia and industry. Aurora has an office in Europe to service their European customers which is run in co-operation with Red Box Direct Limited at our Dublin facility. Red Box Direct manages the European businesses for a number of manufacturers of high-tech life science instrumentation.

[b][red]CORE ACTIVITES:[/b][/red] Based in our offices in Rathmines, Dublin 6 you will travel internationally to meet customers in order to demonstrate and provide support for the Aurora Scientific product range. You will have to exhibit our products at academic meetings and so will need to quickly develop a technical understanding of our product range. You will also be expected to carry out numerous duties to help support the sales goals and logistical requirements of the business unit.

[b][red]GOAL:[/b][/red] To grow sales of the product-line, provide scientific support to customers and support the day to day running of the business.

[b][red]REQUIRED SKILLS:[/b][/red] You will have a third level qualification in a life science discipline, cellular physiology, biomedical engineering, applied physics or a related area. You will have a general interest in technology, be presentable, hard-working, self-motivated, have a sociable nature and possess a full driving license. Sales experience is not essential, as full training will be given

[b][red]SALARY:[/b][/red] Salary is in the region of EUR 28,000 to EUR 40,000, negotiable based on experience and qualifications, with an additional bonus scheme based on set annual company goals
