The Position:
Contract: As an Outbound Telesales Representative we have full time and contract positions available
Reporting to: Sales Centre Manager
Hours of work: 11.30am – 8pm Monday to Friday 9am – 3pm Saturday which you are required to work twice per month (Paid OT).
Location: Head Office – Bray
Start Date: Immediate
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Driving Sales
- Deliver consistent exceptional superior customer service levels to drive and increase sales targets for:
- Product volume
- Margin
- Sales Conversion
- Ensure all outbound service level KPIs are exceeded.
- Negotiate with the customer to ensure the most commercial quotation is offered with the goal to place high volume orders and retain customer loyalty.
2. Relationship Management
- Create trust and confidence when building a rapport with customers to effectively close each sale and retain customer loyalty.
- Build excellent relationships with Customers & our Campus Team members in various locations around the country.
3. Customer Service
- Represent the Campus Oil Brand by ensuring each customer receives a friendly and engaging and efficient experience.
- Input customer order information accurately to the system in a timely manner
- Communicate in a calm and confident manner.

· The ability to work under pressure while meeting targets set and ensuring attention to detail is maintained
· Displays passion and enthusiasm for customer service with evidence of delivering superior customer experiences
· Strong negotiation skills to achieve optimum results for the Company
· A team player who can also work on own initiative
Technical Requirements
- 2 years in a fast paced service industry, ideally a call centre environment but not essential
- Fluent in English both written and oral
- PC literate – MS Office and Outlook. In-house systems is an advantage but not essential
