Our Client aleading hotel Groupnow wish to recruit an experiencedNational SalesExecutive. Reporting to theGroup Operations Director. The main purpose of this role is to promote and sell all of the Groups properties to the National Marketthe successful candidate dutieswill include:
* Plan and implement an annual sales and marketing plan for the Irish market
* Target all corporate, agents and event management companies etc with potential business for Ireland
* To achieve targeted appointments per month
* To organise fam trips to all Tifco properties
* Attend workshops, network events and represent Tifco at consumer fairs, trade exhibitions etc
* Arrange and carrying out site inspections
Candidate
* Previous Sales Management experience in the hotel sector
* Previous international hotel experience would be desirable
* Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work on their own initiative
* Knowledge of the Market and potential business growth for Ireland
* Must have permission to work in Ireland on full time basis
* Flexible to travel as per job requirements
* Car owner with full clean drivers license
Previous experience in a Business DevelopmentExecutive or Sales managerrole in a 4 or 5* hotel. would be an advantage.Excellent communication and presentation skills.
