We are looking for a Hospital Sales Executive – Critical Care 40k 17k for a top Medical Sales company which provides a product portfolio which includes products such as medical devices, pharmaceuticals and tissues.
We are looking for someone with experience in Medical Sales (in critical care areas such as ICU and HTU) or nursing backgrounds with experience in areas such as Oncology or Radiology.
We do not require any Pharma sales backgrounds.
Key Points for the role:
* Selling the clinical benefits of our product range through sales presentations and product evaluations
* Achievement of revenue and targets as per budget plan
* Creating and raising awareness of our client as a leader in the sale of Intravenous products.
* KOL Sales Developments to Clinical and/or Nursing Consultants and Purchasing Managers
* Providing accurate reporting of relevant internal and external market information that may impact on the business
* Completion of administration as required (e.g. weekly/monthly reports, management of area inventory, expenses etc)
* Attending national & international conferences, exhibitions & training programmes, as required.

Key Requirements:
* Third Level qualification (Degree or equivalent Nursing/Technical/Medical qualification) with experience working in Emergency, Critical Care or Oncology/Haematology, Radiology/Endovascular and Intravenous/Critical care sales.
* And/or A minimum of two years sales experience in the healthcare industry, ideally in Hospital Intravenous/Critical Care Sales.
Candidates should have:
* High level of comfort in using clinical information to build effective business proposals.
* Show flexibility, flair and the ability to develop & maintain good working relationships.
* Effective verbal & written communication skills.
* The ability to apply knowledge and experience to maximise effectiveness in your territory.
* Good market awareness to understand key opportunities for the development of new business.
* Dynamic and self motivated personality.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to close out opportunities to achieve budgets and development of long term business.
* Ability to establish and maintain high quality partnership relationships with our Customers
