Marketing & Sales Executive – Fantastic Opportunity – Laois / Kildare + International Travel

The opportunity: Hanpak Ltd. has developed ButterflyCup, a revolutionary beverage paper

cup that eliminates the need for plastic lids. ButterflyCup has multiple benefits for beverage

retailers, caterers, consumers and the environment. In addition to eliminating plastic lids and

the consequent splashes, leaks and drips, ButterflyCup is easier to use, reduces product cost,

storage space requirements and serving time and yields significant carbon footprint savings.

Hanpak has patents granted worldwide for ButterflyCup and its manufacturing process.

Hanpak’s business model is to licence ButterflyCup to existing cup manufacturers worldwide.

This strategy facilitates rapid global roll-out and avoids head-on competition with existing

large manufacturers by providing licenced access to our technology. ButterflyCup’s first

licenced cup manufacturer shall commence commercial production in mid 2016. In order to

optimise commercial success a key focus for Hanpak is to generate market awareness and

actively drive sales traction.

ButterflyCup has received exceptionally positive reaction from several large international

retailers, caterers and distributors and a strong sales development pipeline is in place.

Hanpak’s initial sales focus is the UK and European markets, with rapid follow-on into the

North American market. 

Hanpak now wishes to recruit a marketing / sales executive to help

drive global sales.

The role and key responsibilities Reporting directly to the CEO / Head of Sales the successful

applicant will play a central role in growing business-to-business sales. 

Key responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):·

Identifying and researching potential sales prospects

Engaging with sales prospects, taking them through the sales process from initial

contact to closing the sale

Providing ongoing liaison and support services between our customers and our

manufacturer licensees

Marketing and promotional activities, including attendance at international trade

exhibitions

Working with our CRM system (Nimble), Microsoft Office and Excel, email marketing

and social media

Apply only if you:

Aare a good communicator with strong inter-personal skills and love dealing with

people

Have a desire to work hard, achieve and deliver results

Have high levels of energy, drive and enthusiasm

Are a confident, independent thinker and a problem solver

are tech savvy

Are highly adaptable and able to work well in a fast-moving environment

Have at least 1-2 years of experience in managing sales, business development or

marketing projects and have demonstrated the required attitude, energy and

positivity

Have a willingness to undertake extensive international travel

Have a desire for continuous professional up-skilling and development

are a committed team player
