Critical Healthcare has implemented a number of key strategies to keep pace with the emergency medical market. These include the introduction of Duramedic, a range of consumable products specifically designed for this market, the introduction of MediQuiltTM, a patent protected re-usable quilt and disposable cover, as well as Medlogistix, a SaaS  information system specifically designed for the Health & Emergency Services.  

This software enables a multi-user, stock and procurement management information system to be brought across an organisation such as ambulance, GP or similar Pre-Hospital sector, hospital , as well as other sectors including government (municipal) agencies (anywhere where there is mobile and /or multiple stock locations with central and regional purchasing units).

Employing up to 18 people, and exporting into UK and Europe, Critical Healthcare has a number of available roles within the organization for the right candidates.

Marketing Manager

Critical Healthcare is seeking to fill this senior marketing role.  The person will focus on the export side of the business which has been initiated in the UK market but will also explore opportunities in markets such as Spain, the Netherlands and Scandinavia.

The role of the Marketing Manager will entail the following:

·         Set up Marketing Dept

·         Conduct marketing research of target regions, competitors strategy, products and pricing

·         Communication skills are one of the most crucial skills at this stage and the Marketing manager must be actively involved in the preparation of monthly reports and marketing plans

·         Develop and implement a marketing plan for export

·         Campaign preparation and implementation

·         Re-brand and oversee development of our online strategy in line with off-line incl that of website rebranding to target the export audience.

·         Demonstrate a commercial awareness for their actions and those they wish to take

·         Demonstrate creativity within their role so that their problem solving capabilities can be developed further

·         Develop a close working relationship with colleagues and those involved in the development of their products progress

·         Develop a working relationship with key opinion leaders so that they gain an understanding of the marketplace and what kind of needs must be addressed.

Main responsibilities

·         Analysing market opportunities in designated markets

·         Preparing & implementing Marketing plan

·         Preparing materials as per marketing plan for product range

·         Collaborating with sales manager and team

·         Collaborating on the digital marketing strategy and public relations strategy to support off-line activities 

The Marketing Manager will work closely with the Business Development Manager and support his efforts as he engages in opening up sales within these new markets.
