Our Client a leading prividerof Oral Health, OTC’s and Nutritional drinks is looking for a managerto lead a team of Retail Field Managers and Wholesale Managers who will execute the brand plans at point of purchase in major Retail and Wholesale Grocery outlets across Ireland

Through this team and the Field Manager of third party Sales Merchandisers, to achieve and exceed the case and net revenue targets for Grocery Field sales each quarter

To provide Field teams and their managers with a vision and strategy which they can understand clearly and are motivated to pursue

Responsibilities
* Manage the team of Retail Field Managers and Wholesale Representatives to achieve or exceed sales targets and goals set for each sales cycle
* Estimate, track and report on performances by cycle toward achievement of goals and targets
* Develop and leverage business relationships with major customer groups in Ireland.
* People Management Responsibilities6 direct reports and 23 indirect reports

Requirments

* Experience and understanding of the dynamics of FMCG environment at retail and wholesale
* Shows track record of consistently achieving stretching targets and goals
* Has lead a team of people through significant change or achievements
* Networks across the FMCG industry
* Experince selling Oral Health, OTC’s and Nutritional drink products is a must.
* Package includes Car, mobile and laptop, pension and VHI
