Lending Agent Loans APA

My Shannon based multinational client are looking for an experience Lending Agent / Direct Sales Agent to join their team. My client is a leading assent manager and provider of third party loan and advisory services. This role will be reporting into the Lending Services Manager and will assist potential customer’s through all aspects of the lending application process.

Duties:

* Mortgage Sales – Convert enquiries into sales opportunities, ensuring the highest level of service is provided throughout the process.
* Lending Administration – Accurately and timely input of applications onto a lending origination platform. Working with customers to ensure applications are submitted with all required documentation.
* System Management and Maintenance – Accurate and timely data entry

Requirements:

* Accredited Product Advisor in Housing Loans.
* QFA desirable.
* Previous financial services sales experience essential.
* Demonstrated understanding of regulation and associated legislative policy
* Deep appreciation of compliance procedures and standards.
* Knowledge of lending products
* Knowledge of credit applications
