Leading Telecommunications company representing Vodafone Ireland are offering a great opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join their growing Mobile Services Division.
 
 
Objectives 
·         Be part of a team responsible for the development and execution of the Fixed Line and Mobile Sales Strategy across the territories designated by the company for these products. 
·         Meet and exceed sales targets, whilst ensuring business growth, loyalty and customer satisfaction.  
 
 
Key tasks 
·         Represent the company as the supplier of choice for Business Mobile Customers.
·         Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets for mobile acquisition, while continuously developing sales pipelines to support future business growth.
·         Develop an in-depth understanding of the Business & Telecommunications requirements of each of your potential customers in order to create ICT solutions which support your customer business & commercial drivers.
·         Build face to face relationships with key decision makers in our customer base.
·         Develop, maintain and update appropriate business development plans for customers in conjunction with other virtual team members (Account Management, Data & ICT Solution Teams).
·         Manage internal relationships to ensure that sales are fulfilled, maintain regular and focused contact with members of the virtual team in order to achieve increased customer satisfaction with the company where appropriate.
 
 
 
Requirements 
·         3+ years sales experience in the Mobile Telecommunications industry.
·         Proven experience and success in a dynamic sales / business development role selling to Business customers.
·         Track record of building relationships with decision makers at all levels within an account in order to secure mobile business.
·         Knowledge of Fixed Line and Mobile communications and competitive market.
·         Ability to work on own initiative but in a collaborative (team) manner while progressively improving your own and teams sales performance.
·         Strong Awareness of the Business Arena & the competitive landscape.
 
Remuneration 
·         €25k per annum plus phone plus laptop – negotiable based on experience.
·         OTE €50k – €60k based on uncapped commissions.
