Junior Medical Sales Rep

JOB PURPOSE

* Maintaining and growing existing pharmacy sales

* Work with sales team to develop strategies and implement brand strategies to ensure a consistent marketing message

* Monitor and analyse data and market conditions to identify competitive advantage

* Build strong working relationships with your customers (Pharmacists, Pharmacy Staff), delivering great quality service and demonstrating excellent team work to ensure you excel at your targets.

Education Knowledge and Business Understanding

Qualification

3rd Level degree in an appropriate science or business disciplines desirable but not essential

Experience

Previous sales experience preferable

Consistent history of going beyond your goals and an innate desire to succeed

Proficient interpersonal, communication, and computer skills

Ability to work individually as well as in a collaborative team environment

Specific Requirements

Full Clean drivers licence

Understanding and demonstration of the following core Sales Representative competencies for the role is desirable:

Business Acumen – The ability to analyse and interpret sales data and subsequently devise a territory sales plan in line with company and brand strategies

Knowledge – The ability to learn and communicate clearly all relevant product and disease area knowledge.

Selling Skills – The ability to convince professionally and influence customers about the benefits of the products.
