Carlow-based Telemarketing agency Maven TM is looking for Italian speaking Market Research / Telemarketing Agents to join its team.
This role provides an excellent opportunity for successful candidates to work with one of the South East's fastest growing, innovative and inspiring companies.

The role involves market research, outbound sales calling activities and assisting with sales and lead generation campaigns on behalf of some of Ireland, and the world's, leading technology companies.
The ideal candidate will have:
• Native Italian speaker
• Ideally sales experience or customer service experience
• Positive attitude and ability to learn
• Good communication skills
• Good time management skills
• Good Computer Skills
• Good report writing skills
Through the training we provide and experience gained, you will aim to achieve:
• An understanding of and capability to construct sales conversations
• An understanding and capability of how to qualify sales opportunities
• Ability to understand key business drivers in sales process
• CRM familiarity
• Ability to work positively in a team
