IT Solution Sales (Internal)

On behalf of our client, a global leader in Enterprise Information Management solutions, we are looking to recruit a team of IT Solutions Sales Executives for their new operation in Cork City. Selling to large corporate bodies you will carry out a range of activities including Lead Generation, appointment setting and ultimately full lifecycle sales into EMEA and North America

Reporting to the Director for International Sales this is an excellent opportunity to work in a high growth environment which is reflected in an excellent remuneration package.

Position Summary

• You will be an articulate sales professional who is responsible for lead generation by phone and email with new and existing clients.
• Develop knowledge of the Company’s products and solutions
• Conduct research on target companies and competitors
• Proactive outbound calling
• Secure appointments for sales team
• Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns to drive new leads
• Identify decision makers, budget holders, timescales, competitor usage and able to close IT solution sales on the phone.
• Assist in ensuring quality and accuracy of client data
• Deliver weekly reports on call activity, lead and opportunity generation through the CRM system
• Demonstrate the company’s product to prospects

Criteria

• At least 2 years internal sales experience, ideally working for a technology company
• A proven track record of exceeding lead and activity targets
• Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest and obtain business requirements
• Proven time management and organisational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills via email and telephone
• Proactive, highly motivated and results-focused
• Legal or Enterprise software experience desired
• Knowledge of email Archiving, Storage highly desirable
• Ability to work independently and deliver on promises
• Resourceful and able to manage & overcome prospect objections
• Strong sense of professionalism
