VideoElephant is an online B2B video content marketplace with a content library of over 20,000 hours of TV series, documentaries, films, web & mobile short-form video.

By providing a huge range content formats and genres in a single, centralised and online marketplace, we make content acquisition easy for web publishers, mobile operators, VOD, IPTV and broadcasters.

Our content library features producers as varied as small independent companies to large organisations like ORF, BBC and National Geographic. We have a global and diverse customer base which includes VOD platforms, broadcasters and web publishers in Russia, Central Europe, the Middle East, Australia, the US, the UK and Canada.

VideoElephant was established in 2011 and participated in programmes such as Launchpad in the NDRC, Propeller Programme in the DCU Ryan Academy. We are also funded and supported by Enterprise Ireland through their HPSU (High Potential Start UP) programme.

[b][red]We have just concluded a very successful round of private VC (venture capital) funding[/b][/red] which will be used to develop our technology and drive expansion and growth, including this key addition to our Dublin-based sales team.

[b][red]The Role:[/b][/red]

Reporting directly to the CEO your role will be to drive sales from our existing customer base as well as generate new customers. This is an exciting role for those who love to sell, travel, create and develop business relationships.

[b][red]Key responsibilities:[/b][/red]
• Generating video content sales from new and existing customers in line with business targets and objectives

• Creation of new business opportunities through research and your own marketing and lead generating initiatives

• Co-ordinating Content Acquisition and Sales activities and initiatives to create content sales

• Key Account Management and relationship development

• Regular overseas travel including international markets and trade fairs

• Sales Pipeline Management including management of the VideoElephant sales process

• Tracking and managing content requests and enquiries

[b][red]Requirements:[/b][/red]

• Minimum of 5 years successful B2B sales experience

• Proven track record in achieving targets

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent speaking telephone skills

• Self- motivated, ambitious and ability to work without supervision

• Highly Organised

• Availability to travel

• TV, Video or broadcast industry experience desirable
