[b][red]INTERNATIONAL SALES MANAGER[/b][/red]

DIFC is Ireland’s largest Independent University Foundation College, established in 1999 the college has placed over 1000 students into its Partner Universities in Ireland and UK.

DIFC delivers both pathway programmes under licence from the Northern Consortium of UK Universities (NCUK) and also English language courses.

We are looking for an [b][red]experienced International Recruitment Manager [/b][/red]with a proven track record in recruiting International students (Non-EU) for Universities and Colleges in Ireland and UK.

[b][red]Key Responsibilities Include:[/b][/red]

• Overseas travel to selected markets to set up and maintain student recruitment agent relationships and recruit students, upto 20 weeks travel per year.

• Promoting to and recruiting international students currently studying in Ireland and UK

• Website management and ensuring the effective use of the web in promotion, recruitment and social network marketing knowledge

• Managing, maintaining and extending an agent data base

• Attending agents’ and other recruitment workshops and events

[b][red]Desired skills and experience:[/b][/red]

• Outgoing personality and ability to sell products in the international education market place

• Experience in setting up and dealing with student recruitment agents

• Ability to achieve targets set

• Self motivated and able to work on own initiative

• Interested, able and eager to travel extensively overseas

• IT literate and experience with sales data bases (CRM etc)

• Marketing degree preferable but not essential

Full time position
Package – €40,000.00 salary p.a. plus upto €10,000.00 bonus
