Inside Sales Specialist (OTE €25,000 + Uncapped over target commission)
Shanette Sheds has an exciting opportunity for a driven new business hunter who has a desire to exceed targets. You will be part of a team based in Kilbeggan. Shanette are going through a strong growth phase and you will be joining an ambitious organisation. This is a new role

Responsibilities Include:
• Lead qualification through emails and calls
• Leverage opportunities through referrals
• Sourcing new leads via LinkedIn and other lead generation tools
• Full control of the sales process
• Prepare job sheet documentation and forward to manufacturing.
• Build and manage pipeline and continually generate new opportunities
• Conduct onsite sales presentations/counter enquiries and prepare proposals
• Achieve targets for both lead generation and new sales
• Forecast sales activity and maintain accurate CRM records
The ideal candidate will have:
• Experience in managing all stages of the sales process
• A minimum of 3 years proven B2B sales experience,
• Experience with selling customised products is an advantage
