At The Business Troubleshooters we are a Change Management consulting business serving clients in the SME sector throughout Ireland. We focus primarily on identifying the challenges in Owner Managed businesses that hold them back from achieving their full potential. After identifying the problems or issues, we then put our people into the business to drive and deliver the necessary change for our customers.
Since we started business in 2009 we have enjoyed strong year-on-year growth that has seen us become a leader in our field. To leverage that momentum, we are now adding an Inside Sales member to our team.
[b]The Role[/b]
The role will be based at our office in Carlow. The main functions of this role will be:
– Research the marketplace for new leads and prospects
– Input this data into our CRM system
– Outbound calls to these leads and prospects to set up appointments for our business development team to attend
– Research material, articles, white papers, etc. that would be relevant to our existing clients
– Research relevant articles, material that we will use to update our online platforms – website, LinkedIn, etc.
– Develop and implement marketing plans, both direct and indirect
[b]The Person[/b]
We are looking for a highly motivated person who is passionate about what they do. You will have great communication skills and have a very professional manner. The main purpose of this role is to engage and set appointments with leads that have already been generated and to continuously add new leads to our sales funnel. Using our CRM system, you will update all communications and contacts.
[b]Skills & Experience[/b]
Proven experience in targeted B2B telesales and lead generation
Proven ability to work to targets – results driven
Excellent telephony skills
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
The ability to work well on own and as part of a team
At least 2 years telesales, lead generation experience
Excellent attention to detail is a must
Excellent Microsoft office and CRM skills
Salary: €20,000 to €24,000 per annum plus commission
