Small Fast Growing Shannon Business Seeks Master Appointment Setter

Newtec Services, a dynamic and exciting Shannon based IT services company is looking for an energetic and charismatic individual to help us turbocharge our sales engine. We are a high growth company looking for the best and brightest.

This role is a hunter role in its purest form, you will be cold calling small and medium sized businesses to arrange appointments for our outside sales team. We are all about results; we want people who "walk the walk" not those who just "talk the talk". You MUST, MUST, MUST have previous cold calling experience preferably in a B2B role and preferably experienced reaching up and down and far and wide in an organisation.

If you know how to woo the secretary, tell us about it. Attitude is everything, you must be willing to have fun and be successful at the same time. You won't have any handcuffs in this role, call anyone who looks like a good prospect, no territories, no required list of accounts. This is really an opportunity to show your stuff and potentially take on far greater roles as our company takes off.

Your day will look like this:
• 60-75 dials/ day
• 3-5 SOLID appointments/wk, every week
• Understand gate keepers and open doors at the executive level
• Manage CRM software/prospect database
• Master our "UNsales" process

Come join our progressive company. We are in the Information Technology services industry, but we don’t hire backgrounds. We hire top producers! If you’re average, you can earn €30,000 with us. If you are a star you can earn €60,000 plus. And other opportunities may open up for you. Young or old, if you have the stuff, we’ll know.

It will be your job to cold call business owners and get appointments for our outside sales team.

We will train you on our process, but only top performers will succeed.
