The Business Developer will work with sales and marketing team to generate leads and schedule sales appointments.
The ideal candidate has commercial attitude and is able to give numerous calls. Successful Sales Development Representatives will be considered for advancement to higher-level sales positions within the department.
The job:
* Generate new leads in prospective accounts
* Contact leads to set up appointments for sales representatives
* Make outbound calls and call on marketing-generated inbound leads
* Meet monthly qualified leads target
* Work with sales force to implement prospecting strategies
* Provide weekly accurate forecasts to the sales organization and executive management
Your profile:
* 1-2+ years of sales related experience or similar
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* High level of energy, motivation, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, commitment and professionalism
* Self-starter with solid organizational and planning skills
* Open minded and a willingness to learn
* Competitive and focused on achieving goals
* Bachelor’s degree
