Fraud Prevention Specialist

Dublin North

Responsibilities

* Researching and analysing live customer transactions for potential fraud
* Minimise false positives and offending legitimate customers
* contact international customers via telephone / email to verify purchases
* Analysing fraud patterns and order trends
* Analysing automatically accepted orders for fraud risk, and working with team to minimise loss
* Monitoring and responding to fraud alerts in a timely and accurate manner
* Monitoring email, voicemail and related information for support enquiries

Desirable Qualifications/ Person Specifications

* Understand business decisions pertaining to fraud and risk management
* Computer literate, good understanding on how to navigate through systems and web
* have a solution focused approach to problems
* Independent decision maker with analytical approach to problem solving
* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
* Team Player
* Working knowledge of a fraud management system ie Decision maker, Accertify, Feedzai etc
* Background in e-commerce, banking or financial service fraud investigations or customer care
