Our client is recruiting for 4 Fraud Prevention operatives to work in their Blanchardstown office for a 3 month period beginning October 1st
Role Responsibilities
* Researching and analysing live customer transactions for potential fraud
* Minimise false positives and offending legitimate customers
* Contacting international customers via telephone/email to verify purchases
* Analysing fraud patterns and order trends, making recommendations on how to adjust fraud filters to increase efficiency
* Monitoring fraud alerts in a timely and accurate manner
* monitoring email, voice mail and related information for support enquiries
Desirable qualities / qualifications
* Understand business decision making pertaining to fraud and risk management
* Computer literate, good understanding on how to navigate through systems and web.
* Competent in Microsoft Excel
* Solution focused approach
* Independent decision maker with analytical approach to problem solving
* Excellent communication skills
* Team Player
* Working knowledge of fraud management systems ie Decision maker, Accertify, feedzai etc
* Background in e-commerce, banking or financial is an advantage
