Financial Sales Advisor

We are recruiting experienced financial advisors/sales associates to establish a career with us in our niche market of financial services. We need coverage for the Cork and Limerick area.

Irish Pensions and Finance are a well established financial services brokerage (specialising in pensions) administrating trade union sponsored AVC schemes within the Civil and Public Sector are currently recruiting Financial Sales Advisors. We have payroll deduction facilities with all the major Government employers in Cork and Limerick.

The ideal candidate will:

.Be fully or partly QFA’d
.Have a proven track record in financial service sales
.Be customer orientated
.Interested in closing business
.Have good organizational skills
.Have the ability to think strategically
.Be honest, hard working and willing to work as part of a team.
.Be able to develop the areas allocated to them; Cork and Limerick

The responsibilities for this sales role include:

.Conducting 12 quality fact finds per week with existing customers and new prospects in your allocated area. These appointments are prebooked by your dedicated telemarketer.
.Advising on the suite of products available (AVC’s, protection policies and investment options).
.Hitting a pre agreed target on a quarterly basis.
.Working closely with your dedicated telemarketer and administrator.
.Liaising with our compliance and quality control managers.
.Monday through Thursday spent on the field, with Friday’s in head office to meet your support team.

Salary;

Basic ?35,000

Car Allowance ?600 per month

Cap on Fuel Allowances (Including Parking & Tolls) ?250 per month (in the course of business where allowable by Revenue and receipts can be provided)

Bonus Structure (Per Quarter)

Up to a notional issue of ?25,000 no bonus is payable

Notional Issue of ?25,000 – ?35,000 a bonus of 10% is payable

Notional Issue of ?35,000 – ?55,000 a bonus of 20% is payable

Inclusion in the Company Pension Scheme after 2 years

Option to take a self-employed contract once client bank is financially viable.
